Hey there, I’m Kevin Scott. I’m a proud Nova Scotian by choice, and one of the province’s top-producing REALTOR®s.

About Me

Before real estate, I spent over two decades in the fast-paced world of media and marketing, working with one of the largest media companies in North America. That experience shaped how I think about business: strategy matters, execution matters, and the relationships you build matter the most. It’s helped me stand out as a trusted advisor, a strong negotiator, and someone who knows how to get things done the right way.

I’ve bought, renovated, and sold homes in Toronto, Uxbridge, and the Annapolis Valley, so I understand what makes a smart investment, and what makes a place feel like home.

Now, I’m building something bigger. I’m assembling a team of top-tier agents across every region of Nova Scotia, local experts who live where they work, and who share my commitment to delivering best-in-class service. Rosalie King

After living in Ontario from 1996 to 2022, mainly in the Barrie and Parry Sound areas, I made the move to Nova Scotia to turn a long-standing passion for homes into a professional path. Obtaining my licence in 2024 followed nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing residential properties. This background has given me a strong understanding of what makes a home both functional and comfortable.

Earlier in my career, I worked in veterinary medicine with a focus on wildlife rehabilitation. That experience taught me the value of care, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving, all of which now shape how I support clients in real estate. I’m excited to be part of a team that shares a connection to Ontario and a passion for helping people find their place in beautiful Nova Scotia.

I’ve always loved meeting new people, and that’s a big part of what drives my passion for real estate. Born and raised in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, I have strong roots throughout the province. With over 20 years of experience in the airline industry and a lifetime shaped by Maritime hospitality, I understand the value of real connection.

Originally from Vietnam, I made Nova Scotia my home after earning my degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Cape Breton University. With more than seven years in the hospitality industry, including three as a restaurant general manager, my background is rooted in service, communication, and thoughtful attention to detail. These are the same values I bring to real estate every day.

To me, this career is about more than closing deals, it’s about guiding people through meaningful life transitions.

I take pride in creating an experience that feels calm, informed, and truly personal.

Hi, I’m Cindy Evans. Real estate has been a part of my life since 1986, and I’ve been proudly licensed as a REALTOR® since 2002. Before that, I spent five years managing front-end operations at the Re/Max brokerage I co-owned in British Columbia.

With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience, I’ve built a career around helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and a personal touch.

Whether I’m preparing a professional market evaluation, supporting sellers through the listing process, or guiding buyers toward the right home, I approach every step with care and open communication. Kelly van Niekerk

I grew up in the Annapolis Valley and built a career that took me around the world. After more than a decade with Google, my family and I chose to return to Wolfville. Since then, I've been actively involved in local leadership as a Wolfville Town Councillor, Past President of the Wolfville Business Development Corporation, and Coach of Acadia University's Cross Country program. Through this, I have a deep understanding of the people, communities, and opportunities that make the Annapolis Valley such a special place to live, work, and invest.

Over the years, I've built and managed a portfolio that includes short-term rentals, student housing, and commercial property, and I've built a family home from the ground up in Wolfville. These experiences allow me to understand real estate from multiple perspectives—as an investor, lessor, homeowner, and builder.
